Horrible process. Recruiter reached out, made me feel wanted, then ghosted me. Doesn't even feel like they're doing any work to help you find a job. Why reach out to candidates if you just leave them on read?
The interviewer was great, very engaging and thorough, really trying to find the right match for the role. He also genuinely wanted to learn about me and my goals. The position turned out not to be a fit, based on some very specific experience requirements. However I am confident we will stay in touch. I enjoyed the conversation!
