Interview
My interview with Strand Associates was good, at least from my perspective. The interviewer was nice and friendly. According to her description, the work environment is mostly inclusive and adaptive. You will have to work or will get a chance to work in almost all the fields of civil engineering except Geotech. However, I was not selected for the position and the reason they told me is that they don't have any openings that suit my skill set.
