A couple of interviews, in person and on the phone. Both technical and behavioural questions. Real world practical questions. No leet code stuff.
Had a coding assignment as well. Not too difficult, but was a fair assessment of a candidates skill set.

Phone screen, in person x2 (one on one and a panel). Was a pretty average interview process considering there is no in house HR. Although the panel interview did not give much insight into the role.
