Smooth Process. It was a good and proper structured process starting with resume shortlisting followed by a recorded interview then a written assessment with a test screen followed by 2 interviews.

2. Tell me a situation where you faced directly to the customer and solved their problem.
3. Tell me a situation where you have been involved in cross collaboration (Inter-department).
4. Tell me a situation where you have been engaged in several tasks or projects and you have priorities over others.
5. Tell me a situation where you have given feedback to someone.

Panelist's simple formula to reject candidate " Act like you didn't understand even when you understand". Please self assess yourself before rejecting a candidate. You didn't understand simple scenarios which were answered and you are here to take interviews. Speaks a lot about your own standards at Stripe.

Forget Questions. Just stay calm and go with the flow. Interview is easy. Its only about Panelist's mood if he has had a fight with his wife or not. Your hiring and rejection depends on Panelist's mood even if you are confident of your interview.
