Conversational with managers and then there’s the Gallup.
Be as aggressive as possible when answering a Gallup question.
Example “ Do you enjoy competing with friends “ Answer should be yes all of the time - Not “ sometimes “. ( They don’t care for your reasoning , they want someone who can be direct and consistent with their actions and thoughts. You’re either competitive or you’re not.
Stryker only aims to hire type A personalities .

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
