Interview
The initial interview went well with Jason. It was virtual, but I was not at my best so I did not expect to move forward with a second interview. I was surprised and hopeful to see I was then requested to schedule a second interview. The second interview was sin person and I felt it went well enough. I do not have luxury experience but I have many years under my belt working with shoes brands, managing teams, and clientelling. I figured I have the foundation to set the tone for being more than capable of handling the role, I was then ghosted. I sent a follow up email but never heard back again. I believe they ended up moving forward with someone with much less customer-facing leadership experience but was more passionate about philanthropy, so I guess I underestimated where their priorities would be.

Direct and effective. You don’t have to interview with several higher ups, usually just the basic direct reports, HR and maybe one more additional person Overall, questions and process was seamless and speedy.

Interview
Attended a face to face interview... No update on application after 2 weeks. I had to chase for feedback for days ... As no one was responding to me. And then, been told my profile is not what the company is looking for... Very rude and unprofessional
