Suited Connector interview questions

I applied online and got email to setup a call few days later. The interview itself was good. Learned the background of the company and also the role of what it be. My issue is lack of communication and follow up from HR after he stated he would move me to next steps. He stated to email/text him to make sure I got follow up answer either way. Which never happened. Ghosting potential hires is a no go and now I leave a bad experience and so it can hinder people from applying. Remember we are interviewing you as well as you are interviewing us and if you state you are going to follow up with us you need to keep your word. Its a shame companies talk a big game and never follow through
