1) Phone interview with Human Resources. These included general hiring questions like why you want to work there, what you know about the company, and that you knew this job was outside of your city.
2) Advanced mathematics test. These were mainly word problems, algebraic questions, and percentage calculations.
3) Phone interview with hiring manager (your immediate supervisor). These questions were more role, career, and skills specific.
