Interviewed by recruiter and told I was great candidate and quick decision would be made. Was two weeks and had not heard so followed up and then was scheduled. Felt like interview went well and then did not hear. When followed up, immediately received rejection. Was qualified and questions went well so not sure. Questions were not STAR format. More casual like walk you through resume. Hiring process did not seem organized and felt a bit led on.
