I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman in Apr 2024
Interview
I didn't know much about Grammarly when the LinkedIn interviewer contacted me. The first thing I liked about Grammarly was that they are remote first, but the team meets every quarter for one week, which sounds like the best option for someone who wants to keep in touch with the team but lives far away from any big European hub.
I told them I had an offer and two weeks to accept, and they promised to interview me within this time.
Every other interview made me like this company more and more because the tasks were challenging but fun to do, and the people were knowledgeable and humble.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman in Nov 2024
Interview
This is first time in my work experience (19 y.) I've passed 4 technical interviews (and few others) for the vacancy. But this is great as I've spoke to about 7 different people from Grammarly during this time (and the opposite) which makes interview process less subjective. I had a chance to ask questions to different tech engineers which gave me better understanding of inner development processes not from a manager but the very people involved. I'd like to admit very clear messages from the recruiter (Volodymyr). This gave me clear understanding what to expect from the tech interview which eliminated unexpected situations (which grab time and a focus) and be better prepared to technical challenges.
