Interview
I had 3 interviews. The first 2 were in person for about a half hour or less with the head chefs. It was your basic interview with questions, some scenarios, examples of experience you had dealing with certain situations etc. The 3rd was a demo where I had 10 minutes to teach 3 people (head chefs and head sales lead) as if they were my students. They gave me time to prep beforehand and asked questions afterwards.

It was great! I was hired in the spot. I really loved working there. The manager is very easy going and very helpful. The questions were very straightforward and I felt very welcomed.
