I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SurpriseHR (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was very misleading. They made a lot of promises that were not kept and simply lied about the company culture and company values. They act like they are a prestigious company to work for, and they pretend that everyone loves working there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SurpriseHR (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had an initial phone interview, which lead to a phone interview with Greg Meade and then an in-person interview with Greg Meade again. During this interview process, I was asked about my background and experience, and I felt very well treated during this process. Although I did not receive the position, I enjoyed the interview process and the willingness of members of the SurpriseHR team to ask good questions and care for me as an individual. Additionally, Greg Meade gave me good feedback on what I was missing for this role and how I could improve for future interviews, which was invaluable. Overall, a great interview experience.

Interview
It was very relaxed and comfortable. The interviewer and I had a good conversation and she seemed interested in what I had to say. I was prepared for a phone call but it was actually a video interview, but that was my mistake.
