When I first applied, I didn’t hear anything back, even after following up via email to ask about the status of my application—no reply. After a while, they removed the job posting, only to re-advertise it. So, I applied again. This time, I received a phone call for a pre-screening, which seemed like progress. During the call, however, they asked me strategy-related questions, which felt completely out of place at this early stage. After that, I never heard from them again.
