Interview
Very easy to get in, interview is not so difficult. If your resume is good enough then you will be selected directly without an interview.
For me the interview is conducted by my College faculty, and my resume is forwarded to the Company after getting selected.

Very easy to get in , very difficult to survive. The projects you will work on , will be more challenging, and also you don't have a experienced game programmer to help you. You are on your own.
