Aprox. 1 hour online test to see how you would tackle certain situations in store, definitely you have to be focused and distraction free. If you passed, next round was an in person interview where they asked the common interview questions.

Asked me my availability ( i was still doing a levels at the time), offered me a interview, interview went really well but then got a call saying that they need people who can work during the morning/day. Why ask my availability and bring for an interview if you knew our availability wouldn’t match up??

It was very simple and I was asked questions regarding previous work challenges I handled, what are my strengths and weaknesses and what is most important in customer service. I was also asked about my technical skills on whether i know how to use POS system or not.
