The whole process went really well. First, I sumbitted a video interview. Then I was contacted by the recruiter to set up a date with the manager. Then, after approx. 2 and a half weeks I was invited for the second round of interviews with the global Opex director. Both interviews were really professional and creative when it came to the questions. Also, the conversation was moderated by the managers very well. I felt comfortable and confident. The global director gave me immediate positive feedback during our talk.
