I applied online. I interviewed at Switchd (London, England)
Interview
I had a disappointing experience during the interview process. After a positive conversation with the interviewer, I was told I would hear back within the next week about the next steps. However, the week passed without any follow-up and despite sending a polite follow-up email, I received no response.
I understand that hiring processes can sometimes take time, but the lack of communication and failure to provide feedback felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to independently check the job platform to find out the position was no longer available.
While the interview itself was fine, the absence of follow-up left me with a negative impression of the company and its communication practices. I hope they can improve in this area for future candidates.

Interview
I filled out application which was straight forward. Got emailed to complete a phone interview. Scheduled the interview and the first one got cancelled so I rescheduled for the next week which happened to be the week I was on holiday. Made adjustments to ensure I was in my hotel to receive the call. I never got a phone call. Emailed the contact I had and was ghosted.

I never even got a chance to complete the phone interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Switchd (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Introductory phone-call followed by a technical interview and then a behavioural interview. They started ignoring my emails after the technical interview without officially rejecting my application, which is obviously disrespectful; I wouldn't want to work with people who do that. The technical interview did not involve a technical challenge and was mostly on-the-spot questions about my approach to the problems they solve.

Question 1
They asked me about bugs and my process for fixing them. They asked about my approach to a statistical problem. They asked for a mental arithmetic challenge.
