I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Symphony Ventures (Plano, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
There were 3 stages to the interview process for me. Stage 1 was a phone interview with a recruiter to see if you have the required background for the position. Stage 2 was a phone interview with a senior consultant to add to their knowledge of your technical background, capabilities, and ability to talk about their company and services. Stage 3 is the recruiting day where you and others meet up for an entire work-shift like day for a series of presentations, assignments, and group activities. You'll be asked to write an essay to assess your written communication skills, prepare a PowerPoint presentation to present, simulate a client meeting with your group to assess your teamwork capabilities, work on a process msp, and go through 2-3 individual interviews.
I have not yet heard back about an offer. It was told to expect to hear back in a few weeks, as of right now, its been 2 days since the recruitment day.
