In the beginning the HR would reach the candidates, to confirm the personality from them via talks in the phone. After initial selection done, then interview in person in Taipei office. Take quiz offered by HR at first, then talk to the manager and team members.

One phone interview followed by an onsite interview with the entire team. I was first interviewed by 2 Project Managers. Then the Engineering Manager came in to interview me. The final interview was with a Mechanical Engineer that I would be working with regularly.
