Interview
You will apply online, have a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The phone interview is someone from HR basically making sure you can work one of the schedules you have available. I think they ask a few questions but nothing scary. The in person interview will be with a manager and someone else working in the position you applied for. I won’t lie, it can be a little intimidating. A lot of behavioral/situational questions. The best advice I can give you is the be SPECIFIC with your answers. They aren’t looking for general answers, anyone can provide those.

Name a time you disagreed with your company’s policy and what you did about it?
After completing the application and playing their games to test memory and attention, I was able to schedule the 20-30 minute phone interview. She was extremely monotone and it felt as if I was talking to a robot. It was clear shes read this script several times. Described the position, easy yes or no questions, and then maybe around 5 open ended questions. It feels their standards are super high.

Easy Interview process from Initial to final interview. Just prepare and be yourself at all times and make sure to check your emails or follow up with HR as much as possible. The starting date takes a lot of time since most of the accounts will start from June onwards.
