Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Pros

Management is excellent. The company offers good health insurance benefits with a smooth claim process and adequate coverage for employees. Overall, it is a valuable employee benefit.

Cons

In my opinion the salary hikes are low nd taking vacations can be challenging because leave requests must be planned 3 months in advance and can only be submitted when the tracker is available. This leaves little flexibility for unexpected events or personal needs that arise throughout the year.
