Interview
I initially did an over the phone interview with a screener for the company. After successfully passing the phone interview, I was offered an opportunity to do a face to face interview on-site. On-site, I met with two women and they each asked me questions in turn. They explained the training process and also some of the benefits of part time employees

Interview
Applied online, a couple days later received email to set up phone interview. Recruiter called asked basic phone screen questions and scheduled a face to face interview a couple days later. I interviewed with two ladys who took turns asking questions. They were very nice, went over job description, pay, hours, and training schedule. I felt very good about the interview when I left, unfortunately I received the dreaded thanks but no thanks.
