Easy process, applied online, received an email to complete an hour worth of assessment questions. Next, had phone interview, was scheduled for face to face interview the next week. After that only interviewed one time, with one person.

The application process is so long. It takes 6 to 8 months for you to get an update on application. The interview and exam is not that difficult. It is mostly situational questions.

The first step was the application . then you received a email if you are going on to the next round. I made it to the interview stage. However it was Zoom style. We had technical problems I had to call in because the zoom volume didn't work

Interview
A very good company to work for. The Idea of One Synchrony is closely followed by everyone. Interview process was easy and remember the STAR format while responding. Pay might be less when compared to competition but the experience that you can gather pushes the needle in their favor.
