I got the direct call from Synchron HR , the interview process was as below: 1. L1 Technical interview - Telephonic 2. L2 Technical interview -Face to Face 3. HR -Face to face I was selected in the HR round as well . HR was very happy with my feedback and offered me the expected salary . I was waiting for the offer letter , when I reach out to them after a week , recruiter said there will be client round . I was ready to attend the client round as well , but did not received any call or replies on my emails . The Interview process was smooth and scheduled , but recruiter response was not godd , they did not reply on emails or calls. There is no guarantee even after you are selected you will get the offer letter .
