I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health
Interview
Initial interview with the recruiter - get to know you and tells you about the position. Moved onto a one way video interview with 3 questions (star questions). Then moved on to the hiring manager. If you dont get the position, they will never inform you about not moving on to the final round. They ghost you and leave you wondering and I reached out 3 times just to even get a solid no and it took 2 weeks to get that answer back from when they said i would. Very unproffesional way of interviewing or running a company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic interview questions. Want to know what drives you, why pharm sales, etc.
The interview process is as fine as can be given that it was zoom. I was offered the role and declined because the windshield time for a very entry level position wasn't worth the entry level salary
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
3 Interviews. 2 with managers for contract company and 1 with Syneos manager. Interviews were all very exciting and informative. Nothing too crazy like “sell me this pen”. Know information about what you’re applying to sell and show them you have an interest in selling.

Question 1
Are you comfortable trying to change habits & hear the word no? Why do you want to be in pharmaceutical sales?
I applied online. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was structured and went well overall. It consisted of four stages: a recruiter call, a self-recorded video interview, a panel interview, and a final interview. Afterward, they mentioned conducting a background check, drug panel, and MVR check. The entire experience felt standard, and I found it to be a positive one.
