I applied online and got a challenge to complete on the same day. After I send in the solved challenge I got an invitation for an online interview within two days. The interview took about one hour and was a pleasent conversation getting to know each other with two guys from ELISE. They informed me on the same day, that they would like to get to know me in person and send another challenge. The last interview was with about 6 people and quite detailed and more challenging. I also had to present the challenge and answer questions in the same time. I was introduced to the whole team and went to lunch with them. Lastly we talked about the wage. The whole interview took about 3 hours. After this interview I waited for several weeks until I got feedback.
