Interview
The interview process involved three interviews, a panel interview, an interview with a manager, and an interview with the CEO. I went through the first two interviews. The panel interview was a unique experience for me since it was with two other candidates. This process was really interesting and helpful. I liked how we were given time to think about our answers and have the other's answers to think about. It really helped with my confidence in answering questions. The recruiter, Annaliese, was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process, and she offered a lot of support.

Question 1
They gave us an ethical dilemma and asked what we would do in this situation. The dilemma was you are an expert in a field and go to speak with a client along with a salesperson from your company. The client asks if you can do something that you know you cannot do and will never be able to do. The salesperson from your company answers that you can complete this task. What do you do?
Great chance to discuss relevant background and get to hear about the company. In my interview I was asked to name my weaknesses which is a very unique question. During the interview technical questions were limited to what I could talk about.
