I applied online and it took around 2 months. First round was an HR screening on the phone. Second round was with two managers through Skype. Easy and relaxed questions.
Came out to NY for interview (not sponsored by company). Met with 2 individuals on consulting team and the CEO. Both interviews were a bit odd on the interpersonal level. Then did an excel test.
