TCF Part-Time Supervisor interview questions

I was hired for this position internally and the interviewing process is different than external applicants, but for me the interview was pretty straight forward. Provided the manager at the branch you are applying at knows what they're doing, they more or less just test your knowledge and management abilities. They also like to make sure you KNOW what exactly your position is and what is expected of you. Be confident! You wouldn't apply for a promotion unless you had the ability to handle it, so show off why you're the best person for the job. PT Supervisors are there to help alleviate the stress of the manager and assistant manager. They help make sure the line is running smoothly at all times so that upper management can stay on top off their stuff as well.
