I did an on campus interview after my school's career fair, and the process was pretty laid back. The interviewers were nice and asked general questions about what I liked about TE, why I wanted to work there, what I could see myself doing in the future, as well as personal questions about my skills and resume. I thought the interview went well but never heard back, probably because my answers about what I wanted to do with my future were broad, and I was also a sophomore at the time when they were looking for juniors.
