Interview
The whole things was done over the phone, which I find quite frustrating because it's absolutely impossible to judge or gather body language over the phone. I talked with 3 executives (with the recruiter that makes it 4).
The recruiter had a hard time managing all the schedules of people I was going to talk with, and totally never got back with me toward the end. Did he die? Why do recruiters do that? I ended up finding my would-be manager on LinkedIn and asking her straight up where I was (or not) in the process and she told me that they had already moved on with another candidate.

They were all very curious about my experience in launching products, my ability to work remotely, and how well I could handle / work in ambiguity. After the first person I talked to, I had lots of stories about all three of those scenarios ready.
Q: What was one thing that they asked you? What 3 words would you use to describe yourself. This one keeps me up at night on a good day, and sadly, I was totally unprepared.
