Interview
It was a pretty basic interview. I first had a telephone screen interview, two in person interviews before getting an offer. The managers made it easy. Friendly environment and I was offered a position.
Three different interviews each with different person, second was panel. Everyone was very knowledgeable and nice. There are a lot of administrative assistant roles so it's important to know which group interviewing for. The hiring manager or talent team can explain.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TIAA (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Went through four rounds of interviews. First with the recruiter over the phone, next with a director over the phone, and the last two were in person with the hiring manager and regional manager.
