Applied, welcomed to interview. Grilled and doubted by folks who didn't even have a strong background themselves in the communications space - and in some cases, entirely non-existent, yet had somehow been hired at this company. They then sat there and dismissed my actual experience and didn't have any knowledge of communication concepts I was discussing. Of course I was passed upon with a no. Just hilarious that this own hiring panel wouldn't have even passed their own set of "expectations" - yet, here we are.
