I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TIME Financial Services (Woodland Hills, CA) in Aug 2011
Interview
HR provided a date/time for interview. Showed up 30 minutes early. Of course, Professional attire and appearance is desired. The interview was not difficult but it was about 45 minutes long. I assume they really wanted to gauge my personality & vet my previous work experience in further detail. Both lead & manager asked questions in relation to what they value in their team, like detail orientation and team playing. So be ready to answer more than "tell us about yourself". After the interview they let you know that they will be in touch. If they decide to hire you, HR contacts you with an offer letter and emails you all the paperwork needed to complete your on-boarding.. customary follow up call is appreciated but I did not get a chance to as HR called me a few hours after my interview with awesome news. Background check, fingerprints, drug screening(not every employee is asked to do this) were all requested. They pay for everything, just show up to the appointments they give you. I cleared all of the requirements and was in the office the following Monday.
