Interview
There is a first interview in which they show you their installations. After that you are given access to some online exams (IKM) on programming which can be challenging. If you pass that you get an interview with an employee and a business manager at the same time, and then an interview with a member of the management team. If all goes well they make an offer

Interview
I applied through linkedin and got a call from the recruiter on the very next day. The application process had three phases:
1) Personal interview with with a senior recruiter
2) Technical interview
3) Meeting the director.
