The interview was set up over the phone. I spoke with the manager and supervisor. Discussed experience and expectations. I had to go through a background check and after background check cleared I was offered the job.

Received a call from talent acquisition and called in by the manager within a few days. I had a one on one in-person interview with the manager where I was able to describe my background, and work experience.
