Interview
The recruitment process may seem lengthy but it helps the recruiters to find the right talent for the company. First, I submitted an application online and was called after a day for initial interview. Afterwards, I was endorsed for a final interview with the hiring manager. I was given feedback about the interview after a day and was advised to complete some pre-employment requirements. Upon completion of the requirements, I was invited for job offer.

How long would it take you to make a meaningful contribution to our firm?
Brief phone interview and then in -person. About a 2 hour interview process when they ask question to make you think outside the box. Not commonly asked questions. Then they extend you an offer that same day or call you back within a couple days to come back or that it did not work out.

Interview
I got some series of interviews from the Hiring Recruiter followed by the Marketing Supervisor. Then I had a 2nd interview with the Marketing Manager. The final interview was conducted by the Marketing Director
