Interview
The interview process was simple and inviting. I was selected with several other applicants to appear via Zoom to interact with the hiring manager and trainers. I was asked about experiences and reasons as to why I chose TTEC.

Question 1
I was asked about experiences in Customer Service and how I handled difficult or unruly customers. I was asked about WAH and/Remote employment, I was advised that if selected, I will be sent instructions via email and to complete all processes and return in a timely fashion.
Test 3 weeks later Zoom interview (group) close to 20 candidates on the call. Recruiters were friendly and open to conversation even with that any people on 1 call. Will see how it goes I did receive a email stating I did well on interview and moving to next phase of offer chat
I applied in-person. I interviewed at TTEC (Montreal, QC) in Aug 2022
Interview
In-person interview that ended with a typing speed test. There were some good recruiters there at the time and they needed to know that you were fluent in English and could type fast.
