Very easy outgoing people made me feel comfortable asked the minimum and was very accepting offered multiple roles and positions some that were for licensed people and offered to help get licensed

What if questions are you capable and would you be interested in getting licensed was very helpful in getting me to understand the position and pay for you to be licensed
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
