In a group interview, we were asked questions about our experience and our understanding of the role. Other questions included availability for the duration of the training. Being available for the 5-week training was a critical consideration as was previous experience although they were open to considering customer services and sales backgrounds.

zoom meeting interview in groups and after breifly speaking about the company was put in breakout rooms with 3 others and was asked one question before the offer was provided

Simple. asking your availability, conflict handling skills, previous experience etc Proposed possible scenarios in curiosity to how you may handle them. Going over any credentials required for the position now I’m just trying to reach 30 words
