Very easy process starting with assessment and the with an invite to a zoom meeting that has about 20 people in it . An overview of the company and pay and expectations then an offer letter typically a day later

Describe a tough situation you were able to turn positive
Not hard pretty easy going they will ask you generally how long you've been with a company and your knowledge of things. They also ask how you handle situations that are difficult to navigate.

Multi person open interview. Everyone in the interview hears your answers. Spend most time in a break out room waiting. They only care if you are available 6am-2am 7 days a week. Otherwise if you passed exams you are all set
