Interview
After completion of my application I received a phone call from a recruiter who then set me up for an interview and an appointment for drug testing. At the interview I was asked a minimum amount of questions relating to the job position (customer service, problem solving) and at the end of the interview, I was told that I am hired and immediately began the new hire requirements.

I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
