Interview
You will be tested by the interviewer being deliberately late. They want to know how you handle the stress of them not showing up on time, and whether or not you paid any attention to the contingency plans in your interview invitation email. Additionally, they want to know how you handle the added stress of having a conversation with them when you're already off balance from them being late.

You're going to get the standard questions, like what is your greatest achievement at work, what is your biggest regret at work, how did you handle a tough situation at work, etc.
