I applied online. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Fort Wayne, IN) in Sept 2019
Interview
Online application, in store interview. The interview is generally simple. As fast food generally goes, they really needed people, so I got hired almost immediately with no experience at 16.
Went well but they didn’t hire me after turning down my application 2 other times for whatever reason and that being the third. They don’t actually care about hiring employees and their management is lazy.
It was very quick an easy, the manager she was very polite. She asked couple questions also ask if I needed to tell her anything so overall nice interview I left really confident with interview so yea.
It was thorough but not too annoying. They kept it brief while at the same time asking a lot of questions and being very stern. It was an overall good interview although I never got called back for the job. I assume the position was filled by a more trustworthy candidate as I was not giving off that impression at the time.
