Interview
I had a positive interview experience with TCS. The interview panel was professional, courteous, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. The conversation primarily focused on my experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Negotiations, and SAP Ariba.
I was able to explain my current role, sourcing methodologies, stakeholder management experience, and examples of cost-saving initiatives. The interviewers asked relevant scenario-based questions to assess my problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Overall, I believe the discussion went well, and I was able to demonstrate my knowledge and experience effectively. I appreciate the opportunity to interact with the team and look forward to hearing about the next steps in the hiring process.
