I applied online. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (Washington, DC) in Jan 2021
Interview
This is by far the worst interview process that I've had ever experience. I had received several calls and emails from different TCS recruiters asking me to apply to the same job that I had applied to. If you have self respect, don't apply here.
Their process is very chaotic and unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I answered everything from OOP, data structures, common algorithm questions, rdbms, big data, and agile principles.
Interviewer told me that they use some sort of code generators to speed up their development process and I don't necessarily need to code. It was more like configuration.
If you are yearning to become a real developer, you don't really wanna waste your time with them. Read anything about TCS on Reddit and you'll see what I mean.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services
Interview
Went through 3 rounds, one recruiter screen, one technical lead, and one managerial round. First round, the recruiter was late by 23 minutes. Second round, the technical lead was on time but took 15 minutes to set up the questions. The second round was more theoretical, as the questions were based on how you approach issues and how you think. I was also asked technical coding questions at the end. In the third round, the team manager was rude and tactless, cut me off multiple times, and didn't allow me to explain my thought process in response to his questions.

Interview
recruiter calls for an initial phone screen, a technical Interview with a manager, a final call with a leader, or gets an email with an offer. Knowing the basics of Java, SQL, and DB Concepts is enough.
It was good the interviewer was providing sufficient time to answer the questions. The interviewer asked basic questions on data structures, SQL, Python programming also some on the projects I had done before
