Interview
It was very well managing interview process they are having three rounds of interview. it took one-week whole process. but due to location issue i have not join, over all good experience with interview process.
It was straight forward. And it went as conversation for both TCS and client interview. So if we have idea on whatever work we do, it will be easy to clear the interview.
Cleared the NQT exam. Got selected for the interview for Digital role.
First there was a technical round where they asked about my projects, OOPs concepts, DBMS, basic SQL queries.
Some students cleared to the second round which was HR+Technical . They asked me about relocation and technical questions in this round were very basic ones from my resume.
The interview wasn’t difficult , but the interviewers were a little rude.

Interview
Initial mismanagement & biased leading to individual judgement. Lacked empathy of feedback & discussion. Mindset of rejection is only showcasing as attitude of hiring is missing. Initially, mishaps were there but the employees sid amazing crowd management & controlled interview.
