I applied online and was contacted by HR for an initial phone screening. The HR representative was friendly and asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the position. We discussed my previous sales roles and how I handled specific situations, such as dealing with difficult customers or meeting sales targets.
2-3 round of interview. Good experience as it gets tougher every round. Opportunity to understand the expectations from the role. Better know how about the sales cycle and understanding the core activities of sales
