Interview
The NQT (National Qualifier Test) was conducted as an aptitude-based assessment at a TCS center, designed to evaluate candidates on various cognitive and problem-solving abilities. Following the successful completion of the MCQ-based aptitude test, there was a single interview round that encompassed all aspects of the selection process. This comprehensive round combined technical, behavioral, and managerial questions, allowing the interviewers to assess not only the candidate’s domain knowledge but also their communication skills, leadership potential, and problem-solving approach in real-world scenarios. The entire selection process was structured to identify well-rounded individuals suitable for various roles within TCS.
