The initial online application was straightforward but relatively time consuming. I heard if I was going to be invited to a Development Centre within 2 working days. My Development Centre was virtual, TF asks that you don't share details of the DC but if you prepare as per their guidelines and information you will feel comfortable and at ease with the tasks given to you. I ended up rejecting my offer as I didn't want to commit to a two year scheme at this point in the academic year. Throughout the process recruiters would email, call and Zoom me and that did become overwhelming as it is a big decision.

assessment centre including both group interview and personal interview. overall good and nice environment, but not that friendly to international students, especially those who needs a visa sponsorship. they asked me to write a short essay during the assessment centre as well.
